any occasion

I had no intentions of making anything tonight but earlier I was "playing" and this card just seemed to make itself. Its been awhile since I used mineral spirits which once upon a time I loved but now with the rage of copics I am not too sure I am feeling it anymore, what do you think? are mineral spirits "out"? or I am I making excuses to go shopping? ;)
